Winners
It’s a fee that is set by the organizer of the event. It allows you to take part in the tournament. It’s collected by World Chess via a credit card or PayPal and passed on to the organizer. Once you pay the entry fee, you will be registered for the tournament. Every day, FIDE Online Arena holds many free tournaments, you can select a free tournament if you are not specifically interested in this event.
How is the Prize Money paid?
If the tournament has a prize fund, all prizes are paid via PayPal 7 days after the event is finished. All tournaments with prizes go through an additional anti-cheating check by the FIDE Online Arena FairPlay team. At this time, PayPal is the only way we can send you the prizes.
A win has a base score of 1 point, a draw of 0,5 points, and a loss is worth no points.
The player(s) with the most points at the conclusion of the tournament's set time limit will be announced winner(s).
When two players have the same number of points, the tournament performance is shown in the final standings.
It is the Swiss pairing system. At the beginning of the tournament, players are paired based on their ratings.
The tournament finished when all rounds are finished.
