Tea Set That the Chess Players Deserve

World Chess has issued a limited edition tea set with pixelated chess kings (and some gold), and everyone on Instagram seems to like it. After all, what’s not to like?

From the outset, World Chess has been on the mission to make chess beatiful again, starting with the design of the playing venues to the chess events logos and merchandise. This time, we stepped into the unchartered territory of tea sets and designed and produced a chess tea set, made of porcelain.

The set contains five items – a cup, saucer, teapot, sugar bowl, and creamer. On the thin white porcelain, there is a scattering of blue kings, and a glittering golden rim.

Right now, the tea set is available only at the World Chess Club Moscow, where chess lovers can enjoy their tea in the most stylish way! Soon, the set will be available in Berlin and New York, and also in the online shop. Please write to shop@worldchess.com to reserve your copy.
