Arena-system tournaments are now on FIDE Online Arena

FIDE Online Arena, the official FIDE gaming platform, will feature Arena-system tournaments.

This type of tournament is available online only and will have action without waiting for the round. Just finish your game and start fighting with your next opponent.

In the fixed amount of time you have to earn as many points as you can by winning as many games as you can. You get more points when you win several games in a row. No rounds and you can pause at any time.

Choose a tournament in your favourite time-control: Rapid, Blitz, and Bullet and you will be paired with opponents close to your rating while you are in the tournament.

These tournaments can be World Chess rated and FOA rated! Arena tournaments are the fastest way to qualify for the FOA title because it requires a certain number of games. In order to play for the online FIDE Online Arena rating, you need to register for our PRO subscription
